Vendor Pricing
Ask your suppliers and subs to confirm or update their prices in a couple of clicks. They answer from a link, you approve every change, and your database stays current.
Pick a vendor and send a pricing request for everything they supply, only the prices that are getting old, or a list you choose. Or let RQS send one on a schedule, every 30, 60 or 90 days.
No login or password. Your vendor sees your item names and units, enters their prices, ticks “No change,” or marks what they don’t supply anymore. They can save and come back later.
Answers come back for review with big changes flagged. Accept them one at a time or all at once, or let small changes approve themselves. Every change goes into price history, and signed jobs keep their locked prices.
Your suppliers and subcontractors never pay for RQS.
After answering, a vendor can keep their prices in a free RQS vendor profile. Your next request arrives in their RQS already filled in from their own price list.
When you link with a vendor, your requests show up in their RQS as well as by email. They see your company name and what you send them, never your markup, estimates, customers or other vendors.
Invite any vendor to a free profile straight from their record in RQS. As soon as they sign up, you’re linked.
Trade partners and suppliers who use RQS can send their prices to every builder they work with.
Choose which items to share, then send your prices to every builder you’re linked with in one click.
Give each builder their own tier, like 5% off, or a fixed price on any item. Each builder sees only their own prices, never the others.
Builders see your final selling price, worked out by RQS from your own costs and markup. Your costs and markup never leave your RQS.
Your new prices reach each builder as changes to review. Nothing changes in their database until they approve it.
